1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Rangi Packers & Movers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide professional relocation services including household shifting, office relocation, international moving, vehicle transport, warehousing, and goods insurance. All services are subject to availability and the terms agreed upon in the service quotation provided to you.

3. Quotation & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. The final price may vary based on:
• Actual volume and weight of goods at the time of packing
• Additional services requested during the move
• Access conditions at pickup or delivery locations
• Changes in fuel prices or toll charges


4. Payment Terms
A booking advance is required to confirm your relocation date. The remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery of goods at the destination. We accept cash, bank transfers, UPI payments, cheques, and credit/debit cards. Any outstanding payments must be cleared before goods are unloaded at the destination.

5. Insurance
Transit insurance is optional and available at additional cost. If you choose not to opt for insurance, our liability for any damage or loss will be limited to the terms specified in the service agreement. We strongly recommend opting for comprehensive transit insurance for complete protection.

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing accurate information about goods to be moved
• Ensuring clear access for loading and unloading
• Declaring any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items
• Obtaining necessary permissions from housing societies or building management
• Being present or having a representative during pickup and delivery

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the booking advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the booking advance.

8. Liability & Claims
Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence and a description of the damage. Claims filed after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation. Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the insurance coverage amount, whichever applies.

9. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, illegal items, perishable food items, live plants, or any items prohibited by law. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included in the consignment.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
